Dr. Dulynn Hastings – Okotoks Southbank / High River
Dr. Hastings received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and did his three year Family Medicine residency training at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. After he finished his training, Dr. Hastings moved back to Reno, Nevada where he practiced family medicine for 12 years and in 2008, he was named one of the Top-100 family physicians in the United States. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Hastings taught at the University of Nevada School of Medicine for over 10 years. He is not only Certified by The Canadian College of Family Physicians, but continue to maintain his Board Certification in the USA by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
In 2015 Dr. Hastings and his family decided to move to High River, AB. to practice family medicine and be closer to his wife’s family. His wife Becky, a registered nurse, was born in Calgary and grew up in Lethbridge. After practicing in Nanton for almost two years, he recently joined Pinnacle’s Okotoks and High River locations. What he likes best about being a family doctor is the opportunity to provide care for the entire family and put his intuitive ability and extensive knowledge of pediatrics and women’s health to use. Outside of the office, Dr. Hastings loves hiking, camping, exploring new places and participating in the local 4-H club.
